MISSION
Educating and Empowering others is my personal goal and mission as a strength and performance coach. Through-out my career, I have worked with all populations and walks of life, such as youth, adult, elders and athletes to work towards physical fitness, performance and strength. It is my mission to continue to help support, grow, strengthen, educate and empower my clients and athletes!

My experience in strength and performance includes 7 years of coaching experience: Orthopedic Centers of Colorado-Physical Therapy strength & physiologist, University of Northern Colorado-Greeley (Men's Rugby) as the Head Rugby coach and Strength & Conditioning coach, Redline Athletics Sports Performance, University of Denver Hockey Youth Sports Performance, Glendale Raptors Youth Rugby. Coaching ages 3-adult.
Currently obtaining a master's degree in Sports Exercise Science from the United States Sports Academy.
Approved Department of Defense Military Skill Bridge Mentorship Program. If you would like to work with me for an internship, please apply through your specific military branch through DOD services.

Bachelor's Degree Exercise Science-Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning Specialist & Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist from (ISSA) International Sports Sciences Association, World Rugby Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Certification, National Sports Performance Association (NSPA) Certified Olympic WeightLifting Coach, American Heart Association: BLS.

Athletic Playing Experience: Women’s Rugby NCAA DivisionII University of Colorado, Elite Division-I/Women's Premier League Glendale Raptors/Merlin's Rugby & Rugby7s. I have competed mostly in Colorado with traveling to different areas of the U.S. University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Olympic Barbell Club Team.

Strength Training Adult
Strength & Performance training offered for adults 18+. The client will work on getting stronger for musculoskeletal health & includes progression with current health concerns such as preventing injury with daily living, improvement for the clients job that's physically demanding & sports (golf, fishing pickle-ball, etc.) & general weight loss improvements. (military, construction, the general desk receptionist, police, firefighter, first responders, etc).

Strength & Sports Performance
Strength & Sports Performance for the Middle school, High school & College athlete. Working towards speed & agility, strength & barbell lifting, mobility for joints consistently used with sport specific movements, etc.

Post-Physical Therapy Strength Training
Strength, Mobility, Stretching & Performance for the post-physical therapy patient.Working to gain strength after discharge from physical therapy.Willing to work with your personal Physical Therapist if strength training is needed during physical therapy treatments. (Will need approval and paper work submitted by patient and DPT) Does not involve "treatment" for injuries alone without a being referred out by a DPT professional.The DPT and Strength coach will work together to help the client gain strength back underneath DPT's Treatment.
